Preparation: Raw materials (such as potatoes or bananas) are washed, peeled, and sliced (or diced).
Pre-treatment: This typically includes blanching (scalding the surface with hot water) and dehydration, which makes the fried food crispier.
Frying: The raw materials fall into a tank filled with hot oil. The equipment uses a conveyor belt to transport the food at a constant speed, ensuring that each piece of food is fried for exactly the same time.
Degreasing and Seasoning: An oil remover removes excess oil from the surface, and then the food enters a seasoning machine for seasoning.
Cooling and Packaging: After being cooled by a cooler, the food is sent to a packaging machine for sealing to prevent it from becoming damp and soft.
