Spice Drying Process

How to dry spices:
Feeding & spreading
Place spices (pepper, turmeric, ginger slices, herbs, etc.) onto the conveyor belt of the spice dryer. A homogenizing feeder ensures even distribution, with a stacking thickness of 5–15 cm depending on material type.
Continuous drying process
After entering the drying chamber, materials move in an “S”-shaped path inside the machine. A variable-frequency speed control system adjusts the residence time based on moisture content, ensuring optimal drying for different spices.
Efficient hot air circulation
The hot air blower generates stable wind speed and pressure, distributing heat evenly throughout the dryer. Hot air flows upward through multi-layer mesh belts, ensuring full contact with the spices. Continuous movement and tumbling enhance heat exchange, resulting in uniform drying and improved efficiency. Finished products are discharged automatically from the final layer.
