1.High-efficiency hot air circulation and dust removal system: Incorporates a waste heat recovery device, which saves approximately 35% of energy compared to traditional drying methods. It features multiple levels of cyclone dust removal to ensure a clean production environment and collect fine coconut shell dust for utilization as a by-product.
2.Fully automated control: Equipped with a PLC touch screen control system, it enables full-process automated monitoring and adjustment of feeding, conveying, temperature, air volume, and discharging. This significantly reduces the reliance on manual labor and operational complexity.
